Marselan (a crossing of Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon), was first bred in 1961 by Paul Truel near the French town of Marseillan gaining official status in 1990. The wine is an intense ruby red in colour with notes of fresh black fruits on the nose. Soft and ripe on the palate bursting full of blackberry and cherry flavours with an undertone of liquorice. Silky tannins support this soft wine which finishes long and fruity. With the bold forefront of Cabernet and soft jammy backing of Grenache, our Marselan will pair with most cheeses - even creamy blues!

All our products are packed in Cheese Cuisine boxes (unless you have ordered a giftbox or added a hamper to your order) with filling (bubble wrap where needed) and gel ice packs when required, to preserve the quality of fresh products.
Your cheese will arrive wrapped in speciality cheese paper and we recommend you refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. We recommend using your cheese within five days of purchase, however, many cheeses will last far longer. To serve, take your cheese out of the fridge, unwrap, and let it come to room temperature before serving (about an hour). To see more about taking care of cheese click here.

Domaine de l`Armet, also called `Clos l`Armet`, this domaine is situated next to Montpellier and has been family run by the Biscaye family for five generations. Emmanuel Biscaye has been in charge since the death of his grandfather over 15 years ago. He was still a student when he inherited the domaine and has worked to update the vineyard and vinification techniques to create wines which are modern and dynamic, but still in keeping with the family traditions.
