An easy drinking unoaked Cabernet Franc from an over 400 year old estate in the Languedoc, 1620 Lorgeril Cabernet Franc is bright and fruity at first then leads to spicy rich dark cherry, currents, and a slight menthol ending with relaxed tannins. Great choice with most strong hard cheeses and safe choice with some blues due to the silky tannins.
