Quick and Moreish Cheese Crisps
Quick and simple cheese crisps using up leftover cheese. Perfect to pair with and G&T, lager or glass of wine in the garden or binging your favourite show!

Quick and simple cheese crisps using up leftover cheese. Perfect to pair with and G&T, lager or glass of wine in the garden or binging your favourite show!
Any semi hard to hard left over cheese grated. We have used Quicke’s Cheddar, Kern, Cornish Gouda and Haytor, among others.
Light dusting of flour
Grate your cheese and place in a bowl.
Add a dusting of flour, just enough to bind the cheese.
Take a 50p coin size of cheese and pinch it together and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Repeat until us have used all your cheese.
Preheat your over to 180 fan or 200. Bake your cheese for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and gone brown and crispy.
Let cool and enjoy!
